At Combined Consumers Special Utility District, our goal is to provide safe, clean, sparkling water to all of our residents!
Combined Consumers Special Utility District serves citizens of Hunt, Kaufman, and Van Zandt Counties in north and northeast Texas. We currently have approximately 2669 active connections.
Our water source is Lake Tawakoni, which is located south of Greenville and east of Quinlan. Lake Tawakoni, which covers approximately 36,700 acres, is fed by the Sabine River and area creeks. The water we collect, from the lake, is purified and stored in ground and in elevated towers.
CCSUD is committed to directing, managing and using our resources in an efficient manner. We protect and enhance the health and well-being of our residents, the natural environment, and support the community's goals for economic vitality with full assurance of accountability, equity, reliability and reasonable cost.
